xTool Apparel Printer Versatile Bundle
Bring DTF apparel production in-house with the xTool Apparel Printer Versatile Bundle. This system combines the xTool Apparel Printer with the OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven to streamline the process from printing through powder application and curing.
Designed for custom apparel businesses, print shops, creators, and growing production environments, the xTool system provides a more approachable way to produce high-quality full-color transfers for a wide range of garments and fabrics.
A Streamlined DTF Production System
Traditional DTF workflows can require several separate manual steps after printing. The xTool Versatile Bundle connects the Apparel Printer directly with the OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven to automate much of the finishing process and create a more efficient print-to-transfer workflow.
Dual Epson I1600 Printheads
Dual Epson I1600 printheads deliver detailed CMYK and white ink output with printing resolution up to 720 × 1800 dpi.
Automatic Film Cutting
The printer integrates with the OS1 workflow and automatically cuts printed film as it moves into the finishing process.
Automatic Powder Application
The OS1 applies and shakes adhesive powder automatically, reducing the manual handling normally required during DTF transfer production.
Integrated Curing
After powder application, the transfer moves through the OS1 baking system to cure the adhesive and prepare the film for heat pressing.
White Ink Management
Automatic ink stirring and circulation help manage white ink, while automated printhead cleaning and moisturizing functions support routine printer maintenance.
Wide Fabric Compatibility
DTF transfers can be applied to materials including cotton, polyester, denim, canvas, spandex, nylon, blends, and many other apparel fabrics.
From Artwork to Finished Transfer
Prepare Your Artwork
Import and prepare your artwork using xTool's supported software, including RIP, layout, nesting, and machine-control functions.
Print CMYK + White
The xTool Apparel Printer produces the image onto DTF film using its CMYK and white ink system. The white layer provides the opacity required for vibrant transfers on both light and dark garments.
Automatically Apply & Shake Powder
Printed film enters the OS1, where adhesive powder is automatically applied and excess powder is shaken from the transfer.
Cure the Transfer
The OS1 automatically moves the film through its baking system to cure the adhesive layer and produce a transfer ready for heat application.
Heat Press to the Garment
Apply the finished DTF transfer to the garment using a compatible heat press to complete the apparel decoration process.

Ventilation Required
The OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven does not contain an internal filtration system. xTool recommends operating the system with the SafetyPro AP2 Air Purifier or an appropriate ducted exhaust solution and maintaining adequate workspace ventilation.
The AP2 Air Purifier is not included with this demo bundle. Buyers are responsible for providing an appropriate ventilation or filtration solution for their installation.
